Charter set for royal seal
Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha has signed his name for submission of the draft constitution for royal endorsement. Gen Prayut said he was given 30 days to seek royal endorsement on the draft charter and yesterday was the deadline as stipulated in the interim constitution.
